Newly released court documents tied to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation have brought renewed attention to British publisher and wellness entrepreneur Shelley Lewis. The files include email exchanges outlining her past relationship with Epstein and their continued communication in later years.
According to the documents, Lewis and Epstein were romantically involved between 1999 and 2002. Emails between Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell reference Lewis, including a 2015 message in which Maxwell suggested Lewis publicly address her previous relationship with him.
The records also show discussions between Lewis and Epstein about the possibility of having a child together. In one email, Lewis suggested meeting and reassured him she would not pressure him on the subject. Other messages indicate she remained in contact with Epstein until 2018.
The documents further reference Lewis assisting with renovation projects at Epstein’s New York properties and his private island, Little St. James. Her name appears in flight logs connected to Epstein’s aircraft. Some exchanges involve financial matters, including housing arrangements and monthly payments.
Lewis, originally from Manchester, England, is currently based in Abu Dhabi and has not publicly commented. The Department of Justice documents do not suggest she was involved in or aware of Epstein’s criminal activities.
